With the rapid development of modern electronic technology, the rapid development of the wireless communications market, the high integration, low power, small area of RF transceiver demand is increasing. Mixer based on the need for external expensive transmitter band pass filter, which uses the frequency synthesizer without using band-pass filter structure has become a major program design. This paper discussed a monolithic integrated AM/ASK/OOK transmitter design and implementation, the chips are mainly used in remote key, home automation, home security systems and other needs of close communication equipment, chips working in ISM band of 315MHz and 433MHz. Based on low power, low-cost overall design requirements, the system uses a simple PLL structure of external power amplifiers. Third-order phase-locked loop in which the traditional charge-pump PLL type 2; in order to reduce overall system power consumption, Power amplifiers work in switching mode power amplifier cascode structure; the entire system, including phase-locked loop module, power amplifier, crystal oscillator starting circuit, rectifier circuit and bandgap reference circuit. The RF chip is fabricated in CMOS 0.5μm Double Poly Triple Metal Mixed Signal Process, and the total chip area is 0.7×0.7mm2. The design of whole system, including circuit building, simulation and layout design, is all finished with the design platform of Cadence Spectre IC.3V supply voltage through the simulation results show that loop lock time is less than 70μs, the phase noise value of-90dBc @ 10KHz,-110dBc @ 100KHz (work in the case of 433MHz), harmonic distortion value of-60dBc, transmit power value of lOdBm,40mW total power consumption in the following, to achieve the desired design requirements. This research results through simulation and performance simulation proved to be very good after the practicality and feasibility.
