Reference source is an important basic unit of analog circuit,it is widely used in operational amplifier(OPA),analog-to-digital conversion(ADC),digital-to-analog conversion(DAC),low dropout regulator(LDO)and other circuits.With the upgrading of the global industrial chain,the integrated circuit industry,as the core of the future development of science and technology,has become more fierce competition within the industry,which constantly promotes the rapid development of semiconductor technology device size becomes smaller and faster.The requirement of reference source is becoming higher and higher in each module of high performance.The traditional bandgap reference source can no longer be applied to the high-performance systems with high requirements on the reference source due to its high operating voltage,large temperature drift coefficient and unadjustable factors.Therefore,the research and design of low power and low temperature drift adjustable bandgap reference source is significant.In this thesis,a high-performance bandgap reference voltage with low power consumption is designed after analyzing the research work of bandgap reference at home and abroad.This thesis first introduces the development situation of integrated circuits,describes in detail the development history of reference sources,and researchers in different research directions to explore the reference source,and then compares the differences between different reference sources,and briefly describes why choose bandgap reference source as the research design object.Then,the band-gap reference source designed by Cadence platform based on SMIC 0.18?m process is described in detail.The curvature compensation technology is used to improve the temperature drift performance,and the adjustment circuit is added to adjust the output precision of reference source caused by process error.The simulation results are given.Finally,the layout is made and the performance of the layout is verified.The simulation results show that the open-loop gain of the operational amplifier used in this design is 52.85 d B,the phase margin is 74.6°,gain bandwidth 19 MHz.The function of the operational amplifier is good enough,which can satisfy the design requirements of the reference source.In the temperature range of-40°?125°,the reference circuit can achieve stable output under various process angles with temperature drift coefficient always controlled below 9 ppm/?.At A power uptime of 20?s,the circuit startup time is 20.83?s.The total circuit current is 105.3?A,and the overall power consumption is 347.5?W.The entire reference voltage module provides a stable voltage of about 1.2V and four stable current sources,respectively 24?A,24?A,6?A,6?A.Finally,a stable differential reference voltage is provided to the ADC through the buffer...
