With the development of the semiconductor industry,the application range of system-on-chips has become wider and wider.The power module circuit is a module of great significance in the system-on-chip,and the bandgap reference circuit and the low dropout linear regulator are particularly important parts,which are widely used in various circuits.The bandgap reference circuit provides a reference voltage that has nothing to do with the process,voltage and temperature.On the basis of this reference voltage,the low dropout regulator LDO can output a larger stable voltage with a strong current drive capability.This topic uses 0.13?m BiCMOS technology to design the bandgap reference circuit and LDO circuit in the front-end circuit of the optical receiver.This dissertation first introduces the design principles and performance indicators of the bandgap reference voltage source and the low dropout linear regulator LDO.Then,the schematic design of the bandgap reference voltage source and the LDO are completesd successively,and the pre-simulation is performed to ensure that the pre-simulation results meet the index requirements.Finally,the basic principles of the layout design of the analog circuit are introduced,the precautions for the layout design of the bandgap reference voltage source and the LDO are proposed respectively,and the parasitic parameters of the layout are extracted,post-simulation is performed,and the results of the pre-simulation and post-simulation are compared with the index requirements and analysed.Finally,it is ensured that the performance of the bandgap reference voltage source and LDO meets the preset index requirements.The post-simulation results show that the temperature coefficient of the output reference voltage of the bandgap reference voltage source is about 19ppm/?,the power supply voltage rejection ratio PSRR at low frequencies is about-70.22 dB,and the linear adjustment rate is about 0.22%,which meets the performance requirements;The quiescent current consumed by the low dropout linear regulator LDO is about 112.6?A,the load regulation rate is about7.17%,the linear regulation rate is about 0.02%,and the power supply voltage rejection ratio at low frequencies is about-74.09 dB,which meets the performance requirements.
