At present interchange curved girder bridge is a bridge structure pattern that is widely applied to the highway and municipal road construction. The design of this structure is not only controlled by geometry factors but also restricted by structure stress factors, so it seems to be very complex and irregular. Nowadays most of design institutes accomplish the drawing of interchange bridge plan by manual drawing, which leads to low efficiency. And it is difficult to improve the design quality. Present bridge design softwares are just confined to structure analysis and calculation as well as drawing the plan of some standard structural bridge. The applicability of the system is poor. Even these system lack of functions of irregular interchanged curved box beam bridge structure's computer-aided design. So the research and development of the system are one of modern highway bridge design pending issues.This article emphasizes development idea and technical route of the curved interchange overpass beam bridge CAD system which takes heterogeneous structure as main structure in the form, and they are completed through the actuality of domestic and overseas bridge CAD design software and the existing problems. With analysis bridge structural features and design process requirements, it implements a detailed analysis of the system and is based on the systematic overall functional design. According to the plane, vertical surface and cross section data relatedness, analyzed and has designed the curved interchange overpass beam bridge database.The thesis focuses on detailed analytical design of beam bridge's general constructional drawing functional modules and ordinary reinforcing steel bar drawing function modules. According to the design procedure, box beam bridge's general constructional drawing is divided into the plane design, the vertical surface design and the section plane. This part mainly analyses and designs general structural drawing's designing for mainline and ramp intersections. As for general constructional drawing, the workload of ordinary reinforcing steel bar design is very large and complex, so this module design is the key point and the difficulty of the overall system development. According to structural stress and box beam position, ordinary reinforcing steel bar is divided into the box beam roof and bottom ordinary reinforcing steel bar design, the belly-board ordinary reinforcing steel bar design and the box beam diaphragm ordinary reinforcing steel bar design. Ordinary reinforcing steel bar design not only ought to meet the code requirement, but also more restriction must be put on by box beam structure, therefore system according to "Code for Design of Highway Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Bridges and Culverts" requirements and box beam general construction design ordinary should be reinforced via steel bar drawing.Finally, take curved box beam as example, using curved interchange overpass beam bridge CAD system to design box beam bridge's general constructional drawing and the belly-board ordinary reinforcing steel bar drawing, and verifying this system's usability and the reliability.
