| Nowadays, the requirements of broadband data and multimedia services increase rapidly. The operation of three traditional independent networks can't satisify these requirements any more. The convergence of three networks as well as various services has become a tendency. Services which focus on high-definition video have characteristics of interactivity, diversity, and individuation develop rapidly, such as IPTV, video conference, e-Commerce etc. IPTV is a typical multimedia service which operators have paid lots of attention to. There is very good reason for us to believe that IPTV in converged network would show great value.The main work of this paper are as follows:firstly, doing some investigation about the principle of converged networks and its support environment, which is services execution, management, control and collaboration support environment; secondly, giving a whole analysis of IPTV service system; finally, developing convergent services support environment based IPTV service, which includes design of functions and interfaces, detailed design and implementation part of modules of IPTV service. The IPTV service interacts with other functionalities in support environment in order to implement its functions. The research and the practice are useful for industrialization of convergence of three networks in the future.The first chapter gives the background of the task, and introduces the goal and value of the paper. The second chapter introduces some related telecommunication techniques. The third chapter gives whole analysis of IPTV service system and technology solution. The forth chapter gives system reqirements including system deployment solution, system function list, and signaling flow design. The fifth chapter gives system module design as well as particular explaination for modules implementation of system. The sixth chapter introduces the function testing by giving some test cases while running. The sixth chapter gives a brief sum-up. |
