Abstract/Summary:
Beijing Vanlink Communication&Technology Ltd. has well developed the CE1 board, the demand of integrating the processor into subboard is more and more important, therefore, the four CE1 interface board based on MPC8321 is essential.This paper first analysis the CE1 interface circuit and PCI bus transmission principle, based on the MPC8321 agent model to achieve four CE1 circuit, and the communication through the PCI bus are key technologies. This paper implements the whole design of four CE1 board based on MPC8321, and discusses the chip selection, schematic design and PCB circuit design of this system in detail.Four CE1 board based on MPC8321 mainly includes three modules:one is the MPC8321 agent model of circuit design.Use four UCCs in five of QUICC Engine Block, configured CE1 interface, and communicate with the motherboard through the PCI slot. The next is CE1 circuit design. T1/E1 transceiver IDT82P2281 chip of IDT Company is selected as the main chip to implement the signal processing of four CE1 interface. Finally, PCI bus interface circuit. The Allegro is used to complete schematic design and PCB circuit according to the design rules and electromagnetic compatibility design.This essay is divided into three sections included six chapters. The first part includes two chapters, mainly introduct the major work on the subject, the background research and related technologies. The second part includes the design selection, chip function introduction and the detailed hardware design of the system. The last section is a conclusion of the project.
