The Implementation Of An Integrated Manufacturing Environment On Interactive Television Program

In video and audio broadcasting system that Digital TV networks and IPTV is regarded as the main body, how to interact with the program content at the same time that the audience enjoy audio and video programs has become a new topic. Both one-way broadcast network, or two-way wide grid and IPTV network should allow the audience to watch videos while access to video content synchronized with the media information (text, images, graphics, etc.), to let audience interact with program. This interaction will change the radio program production, broadcasting, and audience interactive content requirements, thus enhance the wide network, IPTV networks and other value-added services, such as advertisements, notices, and other content related industries.This paper describes the interactive multimedia production tools (Interactive Multi-Media Maker, referred to as IM3) 3.0 version, which is to address as the tools developed for resource processing including broadcasting and interactive media content. The input content is:audio and video, text, pictures, graphics, remote control key definitions and other elements, the output is consistent with the format of the TS DVB broadcast stream. Therefore, whether in the one-way, two-way network, or in the IPTV network environment, this tool can generate the output broadcast format, and well support a single, two-way radio and television networks, and IPTV broadcast network interaction.Starting with the development of interactive digital television and trends, this paper introduces the current domestic and international tools for interactive digital television production status, and outlined the process of collaboration related modules. It also describes the production of interactive digital television editing workflow environment and principles, and gives the realization of each module and the associated code in the part of implementation of an integrated production environment.
