LTE is short for Long Term Evolution; it is the largest research project on new techniques initiated by 3GPP. It has improved and enhanced 3G air access technologies. This LTE technique has taken OFDM and MIMO as the sole criterion for the evolution of wireless networks.This Paper focuses on resource allocation of LTE uplink SC-FDMA system. First, it introduces the history of the development of LTE, system performance requirements, technology of physical layer. Then in the subsequent second chapter describes a variety of SC-FDMA implementation method and the trade-off of resource allocation in LTE project. Analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of both localized and distributed mode. Pave the way for the research of localized resource allocation in subsequent chapters. Then analysis the basic principle of SC-FDMA based on OFDM, it describes the transmitter structure, subcarrier mapping, frame structure, the definition of cyclic prefix, resource block size, modulation coding, reference signal structure.The third chapter is a theoretical basis for the full text. Firstly, it gives an overview of resource management in wireless communication systems, and then describes the resource allocation problem in SC-FDMA system, proposed the scheduling framework. Finally, described several common packet scheduling algorithms for wireless communications.The fourth chapter is the most important part of the text. Firstly, it has introduced the progress of the study. Then transform the traditional time-domain proportional fair algorithm into the frequency domain proportional fair scheduling algorithm. Simulate and analyze the frequency domain packet scheduling algorithm (FDPS), compared the first maximum expansion method (FME), the recursive maximum dilatation (RME), the smallest difference between the value of the envelope method (MADE) both in fairness and throughput, proposed the extreme conditions of these heuristic algorithm.Most of the research of SC-FDMA packet scheduling algorithm is based on saturation traffic. This paper presents a more realities system model, that is, dynamic traffic model and packet loss, proposed the "pruning" process of surplus resource block based on the HLGA algorithm, and then proposed a dynamic business model with the optimal scheduling policy, simulate and analyze shows that, the newly model have better performance than the previous algorithm in packet delay.
