With the rapid development of internet of things,the wireless devices present exponential growth.In order to meet the growing traffic demand,Ultra-Dense HetNets become the trend of the next generation wireless communication network.In order to reduce the energy consumption,improve energy efficiency and guarantee the fairness of users,we use the idea of stochastic geometry to analyze the RF energy harvesting and energy efficiency fairness of users in K-tiers heterogeneous cellular network.On the one hand,the traffic of dense heterogeneous cellular networks exhibits high fluctuations both in time and over space.Based on the feature,heterogeneous BS can provide the opportunity to utilize more power for energy harvesting when the traffic load of BS is low.Using the ideas of RF energy havesting,users make up their own energy consumption by harvesting the energy.The average harvested energy of user terminals in K-tiers HCNs are derived in closed-form expressions.The simulation results show that the energy harvesting function increases with the increase of the density and transmittion power of the base station in the network.On the other hand,to balance the UEs received information and harvested energy in HCNs,we proposed an energy-efficiency-based proportionally fairness utility function.Based on the analysis for transmission rate and the received power of UEs,we show the energy-efficiency-based proportionally fairness is concave function for received threshold.when association probability is fixed,The simulation results show that the optimal value of the average energy efficiency fairness of the K-tiers heterogeneous cellular network.users will increase with the density of the base station and the transmission power of the base station.In this paper,the application of energy harvesting technology in K-tiers heterogeneous network is revealed.The scheme of network energy efficiency is proposed which is of practical significance.
