The storage and access of DNA data have been paid more attention to increasingly along with the development and application of DNA analysis technology. Commonly, applications use database to manage the DNA data. One of importance aspects ofDBMS, different from others, is that has a capability of processing very large quantities of data. But with DNA data increasing in quantity, there have too many problems to deal with the rate of data searches. It has been given more attention gradually to how to improve the efficiency of data searches. Especially in some areas that have more demand for real time property rate of data searches are required greatly. Just based on this point this dissertation mainly discusses about data storage of DNA, and analyses the effect of storage structures to the rate of data searches in allusion to characteristics of data of DNA and requirements of DNA matching in practice by applying the technology of database implementation. On it the dissertation shows a relatively best solve of database storage structures and corresponding match method by testing some projects. According to it, this dissertation presents a data match system with J2EE application ser -ver technology in three tiers of B/S architecture.
