As the China Unicom project manager of system construction, author responsible for coordinating the construction side, Neusoft Corporation, and other resources to organize and conduct system requirements analysis, design and acceptance testing, etc. During the requirements analysis and system design process, the author comprehensively studied NRTRDE solution and compared to HUR method, and proposed the solution of distribution of functions and the system interface between China Unicom's GSM International Roaming Fraud Monitoring System and International Roaming Billing and Settlement System. Based on years of operating experience, put forward a simplified building programs, one-point pricing for various branches, and put forward constructive comments of several key functions, such as system running parameter feedback in real time and system running status real-time monitoring, etc.NRTRDE solution and one-point pricing model, on the one hand, significantly improved data processing efficiency and ensured real-time processing of international roaming fraud prevention.
