Outdoor coverage is a major early in the mobile telecommunications construction. The main means of macro cell base stations, repeaters, micro-cellular and other types of base stations. Indoor coverage is basically from the outdoor base station solution. Most of these base stations to higher power and higher gain antennas to build district to achieve the target service area coverage. But in a real environment, there exist a lot of the high traffic or the bad wireless environment or difficult to build base station areas. Rely solely on such methods are difficult to achieve a good coverage of the above-mentioned regions. They need to solve by dedicated in-building systems. with the continuous development of communications networks and urban construction the ever-changing in large and medium cities, the status of indoor coverage has become increasingly important. With the majority of users of mobile communication service quality requirements, continuous improvement, just outside the mobile communications to provide a good quality can no longer meet the needs of market development. Mobile network must also provide a good indoor coverage. For 3G services, most high-bit-rate services will be used by end-users who are stationary in the buildings. Indoor traffic accounts for a substantial proportion. We can say that the future network development, indoor coverage will be the key to the success of operators. Good indoor coverage has become an important means of the development of users and enhancing the market competitiveness. Also it is the key to the development of 3G services.However, there are many problems of the indoor sites since it inherited construction tradition from 2G.These problems is especially prominent in high building coverage. Including mixed signals, without the main service cell, signal fluctuations, interference, poor call quality, high call drop rate and so on. Solve the high building coverage problem has become an important issue. In this paper, analyze the interference of high building coverage and put forward the corresponding solutions. Indoor and outdoor collaborative optimization is tune outdoor and indoor cells simultaneously to control and improve coverage. Thereby reduce the high building signal interference. Focus on tuning of the antenna, increasing the outdoor antenna, mutual interference of indoor cells. Verify the effectiveness of several optimization methods by the project data. It's a certain referential significance for high building optimization of indoor coverage for 2G and 3G.
