Jining Local Voice Networks Transformation And NGN Networks Construction

After 10-years'high-speed development, a mature PSTN network has been constructed by Jining Company。Simultaneously, People's demand for communications improved a lot, but the new services development was restricted by traditional PSTN network. Carriers experienced technique of telecoms since 2005. And the convergence of PSTN to IP-based networks becomes a kind of tendency. This paper combined with the instance of Jining local intelligent network, explored the local implementation and management.Firstly, the structure of current local PSTN networks was introduced in this paper. The author pointed out the existence questions and difficulties in solving new customers'demand in this network. Also, in this paper,3-steps conversion procedures were summarized. According to the intellectualized transformation process of Jining network, this paper analyzed the objectives and principles of networks intellectualization transformation, summarized the implementation processes of the intelligent new services, and introduced the choice of networks construction of Jining's network transformation and property of the new services provided by the Intelligent Network.According to the new telecommunication service needs, the demand of NGN networks was analyzed. The paper introduced the model network and applications of NGN, and given a brief introduce on NGN services. Introduced the construction of local NGN networks, and focused on the fixed and mobile networks'construction plan which included with Networking equipment plan and IP bearer network plan, and discussed the coding plan, mixture of number plan, triggers of intelligence service and 97 service supporting system, etc. Also, the paper introduced the architecture of the mobile networks CS and PS domain, and the targets and principles of the project were presented.The last part prospects the FMC process and draws feasible suggestions for the coming IMS construction.
