Design And Implementation About Key Modules Of Degree Filling System

Record of Degree awarded information is an important foundation for the national education department to management degree awarded information and provide information services to the community. Through using the degree filling system educational authorities can timely understand degree awarded information, master the development of degree education, and make education policy adjustments.The degree awarded annual reports system used currently contains four main modules, including degree awarding unit client,provincial degree office, administrator client, graduate client.Technically, the system uses C/S structure combined with the stand-alone application.This system has many flaws, for example, degree awarded information is not reported timely, Internet access is not convenient. And the Stand-alone software'maintenance is difficult, its usage is restricted.Degree filing system is developed by the Ministry of Education,it adaptes B/S structure,and it uses Struts2,Spring and Hibernate frameworks.In this paper, the two modules are the core of the system,Information collection module implements online entry information and batch entry information;statistical analysis module implements information statistics from many different angles.This paper firstly analysize the current status of the degree awarded record, and its'defect.Then, deeply study the overall schema of system development,and focuse on the design and implemention process of the two modules of information collection and statistical analysis in detail.Finally,analysizes and designs the module of batch search,which can search degree awarded information in bulk.This feature is innovation of this paper.
