Based on some background information of the current TD-SCDMA high-speed mobile, this issue is making full use of GSM network construction and optimization experience, combined with the TD theoretical knowledge and ongoing Mobile TD-SCDMA network construction, to dig out the challenges and problems which we have to confront in the high-speed mobile scene under the TD-SCDMA network, and in order to get proposing solutions of network planning, optimization and other aspects.The main topics include the following aspects:1, TD technology is one of the important mobile communication technologies in our country, after years of preparation, TD experimental network construction has be carried out in the first 10 cities across the country. Shenzhen and Guangzhou are both in the first batch of pilot cities. In order to merge the network of Guangzhou and Shenzhen into a single entity, the China Mobile Communications Corporation has built TD high-speed private network around the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Highway and Guangzhou-Shenzhen railway. The speed of the mobile terminals, that moving on the Guangzhou-Shenzhen highway, can reach to 120Km/h. And this can be up to 200Km/h if the mobile terminals are moving on the Guangzhou-Shenzhen railway. This high-speed has posed a serious challenge to network construction.2, Performance of wireless networks in high-speed scene has been the element that the telecommunications equipment manufacturers and operators strive to improve for a long time. Referring to the experience in 2G scene, combined with large number of result in test projects, we summed up the main factors that can impact the performance of TD network in high-speed are following factors:the moving speed of TD terminal, EMU trains penetration loss, Doppler effect, the wireless communication environment.3, To make network optimization according to the results of test analysis. Optimization tools include:a reasonable setting of the distance between stations, a reasonable setting of the distance from the site to the moving line, adjusting the size of switching area, adjusting the position of antenna, setting a reasonable relationship of adjacent areas, adjusting switching parameters of the RNC.4, The national high-speed railway construction are in full swing. For the Guangzhou-Shenzhen railway has operated for many years, its network environment-has a certain degree of representativeness, so the experience of Guangzhou-Shenzhen railway network optimization has a certain significance to be promoted.
