Femtocell is defined as a mini-basestation subsystem following the trend of broadband mobilization. The main task of femtocell is to provide better signal coverage and QoS indoors or other specific scenarios.In respect to the self-optimising and anti-interference problems, the following three aspects are discussed in this thesis:1.Propose a dynamic Neighbor Cell Relation updating algorithm based on user statistical behavior considering the principle of the key measures of anti-interference in LTE system.The main purpose of the algorithm is to establish a Neighbor Cell Relation tailored for a specific user by analyzing this user's behavior, thus to minimize the burden of the UE. The result shows that the proposed algorithm has less measurements and a more simplified neighbor relation compared with the traditional algorithm.2. Considering the introduction of femtocell, a new handover signaling procedure is raised and the function of MME is strengthened during the handover procedure in the two-tier network.3. A Fast Velocity HandOver (FVHO) is proposed in the fast moving scenario based on the dynamic Neighbor Cell Relation updating algorithm. The main task of the algorithm is to optimize the handover procedure by reducing handover probability and improving handover.success ratio, considering Ec/Io, user velocity, and CSG authentication,while the user is crossing the two-tier network. The algorithm is compared with the traditional handover algorithm on the aspects of the handover success rate and the handover probability. The result shows that the FVHO algorithm can reduce unnecessary handovers and simplifying the signaling procedure, lowering the interference in the system.
