The Design And Implementation Of Android-Based Mobile Social Network Service Client

With the development of technology, people's social activities are not confined to the daily life as well as work circle, internet-based social activities and information exchange are increasingly being seen as acceptable. In such a trend, social networking service (SNS) have sprung up, and gradually become a mainstream of internet application technology. SNS, whose full name is Social Networking Service, is specifically designed to help people build the Internet application services of social networks. It's based on social networking relationship. The theoretical basis of social network theory stems from Six Degrees of Separation and Rule of 150. Six Degrees of Separation theoretical core that is in the human and interpersonal relationships, if you wanted to know any stranger, it is necessary to pass six friends for achieving your goal mostly. Currently, SNS has been mature internet technology, but with the traditional Internet applications, the user's activities are confined to bulky PC side, unable to meet the more portable, faster service demand of users. Moreover, traditional internet SNS can't make social and share information anytime. The mobile phone, an emerging the fifth-largest mainstream media, has already penetrated into people's daily lives, become the mainstream of information exchange platform. By its characteristics of mobility, portability and privacy, thus, this paper argues that by making use of SNS service and the mobile platform, combining software and hardware features, it will bring a new platform-based solution for providing us with an amazing and various experience. As a new mobile platform, Android turns to be the optimal choice with its excellent system performance and user-friendly UI design. The topic of this paper was proposed.Firstly, this paper proposes the view of combining the traditional web SNS with the mobile platform. After a further comparison of current mainstream platforms, the paper emphasizes on Android platform architecture, implementation difficulty and performance advantages. Finally, the detail design is presented including software requirements, module design and coding implement according to software engineering. The experimental result provides an entire Android-based virtual social solution and project implemention as well as project evaluation.
