Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) display technology became one of the most development potential display technology with unique advantage. In this thesis, the theory of flat plate display, particularly organic light-emitting diode display and corresponding driven system mutuality technology development actuality were analyzed. Organic light-emitting diode display system with analogy video input drive circuit system was designed. Image evaluation test research of small flat plate display screen was given.Combining the characteristic of organic light-emitting diode display and the expert video drive CMOS chip which was named S6E63D6, the video display periphery circuit was designed. The system includes micro controller circuit, video decode circuit, video change processor circuit, power circuit and IIC bus matching circuit etc. Based on the hardware circuit, the PCB of four layers which has perfect electromagnetism compatibility also was designed.In addition, the distinguish rate, the resolving power, the contrast, the color saturation and the grey of small display screen were tested and analysed by using professional computer software.
