The Study Of Multi-functional Electronic Products' Function Existence Sense And Design Strategy

As thousands of hi-technological and multi-functional electronic products appearing in our daily life, the expansion of the information is a big challenge to users'cognition. And with the improvement of the living environment, TV set becomes a necessary product of our life. Not only for the average TV but also for the IPTV, the operations of users never make a change. People still use new functions by the old methods. It is a waste of resource and the efficiency of users. The main purpose of this paper is to understand the users'action and the interaction, introduce a new interactive technology, and create a new design concept for TV interaction.This paper analyzes the main problems in the interaction process by using the user-centered study and its result, and then summaries these actions according to the knowledge of cognition. In this part, the use flow is divided into three parts- feel, memory and attention. And this paper introduces a new gesture control technology and discusses the application in the interaction design for TV set. Meanwhile, a new interactive method combined with the forced induction technology is applied in the design for TV interface and remote controller. It may be a reference to other multi-function electronic products, not only TV set.
