In recent years, it has become increasingly popular for mobile terminals to get multi-media, while the problems such as the threat of piracy and unflexable application increased at the same time. All of these problems require a technology that not only can provide multimedia for mobile terminals flexible and efficient but also can inhibit copyright piracy effectively, and this result in mobile DRM technology.Mobile DRM technology is one that ensure equity that between copyright sellers and buyers through digital certificate authentication methods based on the trusted third-party PKI. For the purpose of copyright control, it is used to control the purchaser in accordance with the provisions of RO permission to use digital content through the digital content and the copyright object distribution mechanism DRM needs RO to bind with a particular customer, and only that can prevent digital content being copied illegally. That requires a terminal agent system DRM Agent to do the job that binding RO with a specific terminal mobile.In actuality, demands that one buy and many share are usually exist and that requires copyright-sharing mechanism which can bind with a number of specific user terminals but not one terminal.This paper analysis the OMA DRM2.0 standards, proposes RO shared model. Through splitting and combinating the RO physically and conceptually, it not only meets the RO shared mode but also solve the packet loss problems in the process of RO register and requests. Finally, this paper realizes this RO shared model based on Windows Mobile6.0 systems.
