Research And Design Of Training System In English

With the advent of economic globalization, enterprises have to enhance the comprehensive capacity of individual employees, team cooperation capacities and the competitiveness of enterprises through employee training. However, E-Learning as a modern method of staff training, it can effectively reduce the cost of employee training and promote individual employees self -study, using advanced information technology. Based on these advantages, a growing number of businesses use E-Learning as an approach to training employees. Besides, as the core module of enterprise E-Learning system, LMS (Learning Management System) has also been widespread concerned.At present, there are two major categories of LMS, the one provided by domestic professional manufacturers and the other one provided from abroad. The former has the advantage of customization, but it is lack of advance and future development to meet the rapidly growing needs of enterprises. The latter has the advantage of being in line with the talent development concept to meet the enterprise's future development needs, but its most advanced feature is not applicable to domestic enterprises that are still in the initial stages of talent management, also it is not enough customized, as well as higher cost. Therefore, the domestic enterprises need to find their own LMS.With this background, the paper provides a strategic E-Learning design that is proper for the development of domestic enterprises. Besides, it takes CEA (China Eastern Airlines) as an example, and offers a LMS that suited to its development, combining with the E-Learning status quo in CEA. It achieves one of the important modules - English training system. According to the needs of CEA, system availability is improved through human-computer interaction technology, interaction difficulties in system are solved by using J2EE and Ajax technology, and the final voice comparison program suited to English training system is provided by researching DTW (Dynamic Time Warping algorithm).
