The research and demonstration of multipoint and intelligent real-time monitoring marine station system is a marine commonweal project which is undertaken by Wenzhou Marine Environmental Monitoring Center of the State Oceanic Administration. The content of this thesis is a task of this project. At present, marine environmental monitoring data security has not been effectively protected in our marine environmental monitoring task. In view of this situation, a network security system based on marine environmental monitoring information release system is designed and developed.In order that managers at all levels can easily and accurately access to marine environmental monitoring data and data security can be ensured in the network, the technique characters of information release is analyzed, data storage,information release platform of system are constructed. And the program of network security system is proposed.For the potential threats in the physical layer, network layer, system layer and application layer of marine environmental monitoring information release system, a four-layer security architecture plan is designed. Appropriate network devices are configured by analyzing performance of routers and firewalls, ACL (Access Control List), ASPF(Application Specific Packet Filter),NAT(Network Address Translation) techniques are applied to improve the security. Access control technique is applied, which effectively assures that authorized users can access marine environmental monitoring information release system safely. The security function that database and Web server own is made use of, and virus protection system is configured to further enhance the security of the system.In this thesis, usual failures and corresponding solutions of information release system are analyzed and researched, in that case, the system can run steadily. The application in field proves that the design of security system based on marine environmental monitoring information release system meets the user with requirements of information transmission real-time and safe.
