Telemetry and telecontrol technology has been widely used in the field such as aviation and civilian. However, most of the telemetry and telecontrol technology cannot realize the combination, interoperation and sharing of information because the purpose of the technology is designed to realize the single assignment or serve for single object as well as the rigid hardware circuit and the single function. In order to be suitable in the wider use, the normalization, generalization and modularization has become the current main direction. Software Defined Radio, providing technique support for the agile and changeable radio communication system, has become the new method in the design of telemetry and telecontrol system. According to the high capacity and long time data recording in ground equipment of telemetry system, based on the Software Defined Radio, data sampling system and the communication interface between PC and upper computer has been designed.On the basis of analyzing the material of the telemetry and telecontrol system and Software Defined Radio technology at home and abroad, a broadband data acquisition for high capacity and long time system and its interface design, according to the problems such as low sampling rate, short sampling time and small storage capacity in telemetry data recording, has been proposed based on the Software Defined Radio technology and LabVIEW; the module design and debug of data sampling, storage, analysis processing, display and printing in high speed rate has been realized according to this method; the USB communication interface design and debug has been realized utilizing the LabVIEW and USB chip CY7C68013. Modeled, simulated and feasibility verified of the system, the performance of data sampling, file storage reviewing, analysis processing, display and printing has been verified in practical utilizing the signal generator. Result shows that the system in this paper is practical and effective which can be used for high speed, long time data sampling and recording in multiple communication receiving systems.
