Missiles are high speed during the missile flight tests, the Missiles will bear a great impact and overload in the course of flight. Under the influence of these external forces, the projectile inevitably occur elastic vibration phenomena. Vibration sensors are usually used to obtain the vibration signal in order to test the missile body elastic vibration on the missile body structure. So we can analyze the vibration of the projectile whether it is within reasonable limits. But the traditional vibration sensor of test range is single, when there is overload shocks or vibration, the vibration sensor is difficult to obtain accurate results. To solve this problem,In this paper, the process of missile tests suffered vibration impact of the proposed automatic range switching control theory based on the controllable range of design intelligent digital sensor. The instrument can capture the signal amplitude according to automatically select the best test range , the vibration signal will always maintain high sensitivity output and Broaden the scope of the dynamic test.According to design requirements, this paper presents the general design plan, and based on the design, focusing on how to achieve hardware and software design . Hardware circuit design uses a modular design, hardware circuit is mainly composition of the input channel and the main control circuits and computer communications and processing circuit. The input channel is made up of the signal conditioning circuit and multi-selector switch and the A / D controller. Meanwhile, the USB serial interface technology is used for the data transmission between system and the host computer. It is used for the top-down approach and combined with the intelligent control technology to achieve system control logic design. System control logic program has four modules, namely, A / D control,automatic range switching control, FIFO control and USB control unit, which is the core part of the automatic range switching control unit, the unit realized the comparison of the sampled data operation, and control testing range automatically.In the article, the key issues which are encountered in the system design and implementation process is described. Automatic range switching technology is a detailed description. It is integrated FPGA and the USB interface technology to complete the vibration signal acquisition, Comparison operations, intelligent control and high-speed data transfer capabilities. Finally, In the system debugging process into technical problems arising in-depth exploration was done. From the test results, the system is stable and achieve automatically switch between the two test range.
