At present, the rapid development of sensor technology and on-site network technology, as the source side of a test system, the majority of the sensor output is still analog signal. Based on this, this paper, take temperature,Humidity and Pressure Sensors for example, study the related key technologies in the process of digital realization of the sensor and focus on the digital sensor redundancy in CAN bus interface technology for in-depth studies. This paper designs a kind of temperature,humidity and pressure sensor with a CAN bus interface, and make concrete realization of the program, Finally realized the multiple sensor nodes on the CAN bus data collection and transmission.Paper focuses on the hardware of sensor that based on CAN-bus (including the design of acquisition module, digital signal processing module,CAN communication module and so on) and the design of procedures, CAN network protocol design and implementation.(1) The acquisition module is mainly achieved digitized analog signal, and carried out the signal conditioning and filtering in order to eliminate outside interference ;(2) Digital signal processing module mainly for collection to the digital signal to digital filtering, compilation frames, etc;(3) In the digital transmission interface design, achieved redundancy in the design of the CAN interface;(4) Developed a CAN network protocol of this network design,in which made a detailed introduction of bit timing .Conducted a CAN bus communication protocol design and implementation and, ultimately, in the CAN bus articulated multiple digital sensors to form the sensor and control networks, digital sensor network, and makes the digital sensor signal high-speed, reliable and real-time transmission .
