In the production line, steel strip position guiding system was one of the most important sections. Good position guiding system could guarantee the high quality of steel strip. The reason for steel strip departure was analyzed systemically. Because of using widely and most consummate in theory, hydraulic servo system was the most effective steel strip position guiding instrumentality in contemporary industry. Four extraordinary factors to rectify capacity of steel strip position guiding system were also summarized.The design purpose of the steel strip position guiding system was to obtain a high precision departure distance of steel strip by the photoelectric width detector and displacement sensor and to control the electrical-hydraulic servo system complete accurately rectifying function. Via analyzing the elements of the electrical-hydraulic servo system, the model of the steel strip position guiding system was established based on the continuous equation of flux and load force equation.Combining the PID control theory and fuzzy control theory, the fuzzy variable-coefficient PID strategy of steel strip position guiding system was made certain. By analyzing the effect of each parameters of PID controller, fuzzy regulations and the decision-making tables were completed. The simulation results showed that fuzzy variable-coefficient PID controller had better performance in both dynamic and static state, and it was more robust than normal PID controller.In the end, the research work in this thesis was concluded. |
