Design And Implementation Of Educational Management System For Shenyang Vocational Technical College

The higher management level is required to meet the demand of integrated and complicated educational management which is the core of college. It's the effective means to make the college educational management level improved and advanced by use of the designed system.The system which is designed to be aimed at the present conditions of Shenyang Vocational and Technical College, is under the environment of Intranet. The architecture of B/S based on Microsoft.NET Framework is applied, the ASP.NET language which is object-oriented and easy to be extended and the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database are chosen as the development tool. All the required functions of the educational management system based on Intranet are implemented, including student status management, the examination management, and faculty management. Teachers can use this system to upload students'scores, report teaching workload, inquire about student information and elective, etc; Meanwhile, students can use it to register online, elect courses online, inquire about the student score and examination arrangements, etc.In this thesis, the development background, significance and the present development of the designed educational management system are discussed firstly, then it's development platform and related technology are introduced. The system's requirements which based on the objective requirements of Shenyang Vocational and Technical College's educational management is also analyzed from all aspects of the system. Moreover, beginning with the requirements, the system design and its implementation process are presented mainly, and it describes the design of system function and database in detail. In the system implementation part, the implementation methods of each model of the system are presented. Finally, the system test and application are introduced.
