In recent years, as industrial control technology developing, automatic control system has been widely applied to various fields of national economy. In order to improve the quality of distillation and production efficiency, it also has been applied to distillation. The advanced control system not only could arrange optimal mode of operation in-advanced devices and process, but also could reduce the power consumption.Distillation is a kind of multi-stage distillation process. Distillation process system is very important in the chemical industry, almost all chemical production industries through the distillation process of purification products. Distillation process system is one of the basic chemical process systems. Almost universitise have ownned distillation process system installations,so, the distillation process control system and improving research have great practical significance. The purpose of this article is a distillation process control system comparative study. This paper selected Northeastern University chemical process systems Room distillation process system for the object, according to the requirements of scientific research, designing a distributed control system using three basic control structures, including the upper and lower control-control level, industrial control computer-based controller, using configuration software programming, communications, data processing ability, and the control system is easy to adjust the structure, upgrading, and anti-interference capability, high universality.Control-level design discussed in detail at the scene to control the hardware design. PLC focus on alternative data logging devices on the distillation of the switching control through simplified procedures PLC software of the original hardware logic circuits. Configuration Control-level design to software development as the focus, discusses in detail the characteristics of the control object, data processing method and parameter control strategy to achieve control of the following requirements:(1) Real-time monitoring and tend display of real-time data;(2) Process operation and accurate control of process parameters;(3) Saving various data and historical data inquiry;(4) Printing historical records;(5) Handling various alarm.(6) The realization of remote monitoring.(7) automating scoreSo far, distributed control systems, which have been overall system debugging, practice, and application of the system confirmed the feasibility and superiority.
