Abstract/Summary:
This paper analyzed the actual craft characteristics of air-jet looms and the electrical systems, compared with air-jet loom control system developed by different controllers, and proposed that applies the DSP motion control technology in the air-jet loom control system. A controller, as well as necessary driver taking the core component by digital signal processor Freescale DSP56F807 has been developed, and was suitable in some kind of air-jet loom control system. And at the same time introduced design process of the air-jet loom controller in detail from the hardware and the sofeware two aspects.Air-jet loom control system taking into account the circumstances at the scene of electromagnetic interference, the reliability of the controller and control system is analyzed, from both hardware and software put forward a reasonable measure of reliability design. Guarantees the controller as well as the entire control system can under the bad electromagnetic environment the normal reliable work.Finally, in order to improve the air-jet loom controller and drives the production of quality testing, air-jet looms for the development of a dedicated controller designed, and easy to use, reliable test systems. Air-jet loom for supporting the drive controller and interface to the various functional tests.Now, the air-jet loom controller, as well as its test system hardware and software have been the realization of air-jet looms, and have been used in practical devices, as well as detection of air-jet loom controller. And show a good performance and have good job stability and maintainability by the user recognition.
