Research And Development Of HyperMesh CAE Process Automatic System Based On Tcl/Tk

Facing fierce market competition, for corporations, how to shorten the period of product design and development, to raise the quality of product design, and enhance the ability to respond to marketplace, becomes the important problem of demanding prompt solution. Undoubtly, it helps enterprises to improve the performance in product design that applying CAE technology to product design.But there are still some problems in using CAE softwares,which hinder the lifting efficiency of developing product. These problems are studied and analysed particularly in this paper, and HyperMesh CAE automatic system is been developed to solve the problems.Systematically, analyses the function requirement of HyperMesh CAE automatic system by making use of the UML tool, and gives the structure and development process of the system; Studies the basic knowledge and tool of developing HyperMesh CAE automatic system, including Altair Process Manager, Process Studio, Tcl/Tk, HTML language and functions inside HyperWorks software; Studies the operation process of static analysis, model analysis, frequency response analysis, transient dynamic analysis and size optimization, which provides basis for the GUI design of process automatic system; Designs out the block diagram of process automatic system, and develops out a software to realize the function of each module of process automatic system by making use of Tcl/Tk and HyperWorks command-functions together. The software has obtained software copyrights (software copyright ID: 0188291); Provides the material and load database for the process automatic system, and then Studies the build of the material and load database and the way of data storage and being visited; Testifies the usability and convenient of the process automatic system through using it to do the particular analysis.Considering the enterprise situation, develops the HyperMesh CAE process automatic system which could promote the ability to utilize the HyperMesh and efficiency of product development. At the same time, researches and discusses the basic knowledge, process and method of the process automatic system, which has strong significance to the same kind of enterprises in developing.
