Abstract/Summary:
This text is based on automatic spraying process as the research object, and solves the problem of the small three-dimensional non-homogeneous coating thickness, to avoid the workers operating in the mist for a long time.At first, it selects the spraying equipment accordance with the requirements of workpiece spraying, optimizes the spraying manipulator trajectory, and tests the optimization effect through the lacquer layer thickness gauge. Secondly, It analyzes base material of ABS and the coating properties to determine the composition of the coating resin and its supporting diluents, analyzes drying mechanism of the film, calculates demands for heat dissipation and parts of drying room size, and designs a more efficient overhead-bridge-hung road; Finally, it analyzes the exhaust gas profuced by pray paint room and bake, determines the waste gas treatment scheme, and design the exhaust gas treatment tower for disposal to meet the emission requirements. Paint layer thickness and exhaust emission testing results show that this process design meet the design requirement, the thesis research has important practical application value.The thesis has specific research contents, as follows:(1)Based on small stereo artifacts coating requirements, it analyzes the characteristics of the artifacts surface needs to be spray coated, establishes mathematical model to find a spray path through optimization algorithm, and make each face of the workpiece have uniform coating thickness and pass the test.(2)It Analyzes the property of waste gas from spray room and drying room,proposes ideas and methods for the combination of a variety of waste gas processing methods, designs and builds the flue gas collection treatment tower to achieve the emissions requirements prescribed by the state, and establishes small workpiece far-infrared drying room with an energy conservation and environmental protection.
