First, the paper briefly introduces the status and development of the signal processing and compensation circuit of the tactile sensor domestic and abroad. The design of a signal processing and compensation circuit of a novel flexible three dimension force tactile sensor based on pressure sensitive conductive rubber is present. The signal processing circuit of the flexible force tactile sensor in single-dimension and multi-dimension is completed by using ADC0809 and AD670, the signal processing in the 3-D flexible mechanical tactile sensor is studied. Output signal of the single-dimension and multi-dimension force information is obtained by row and arrange scanning, the relationship between output voltage and the size of the force and the placement of stressed unit in tactile sensor is get, force signal is amplified, gated and converted by the circuit and communicates with PC through URAT protocol. For the defect of the flexible force tactile sensor based on pressure sensitive conductive rubber, the paper studies the non-linear and temperature compensation to the signal on the basis of MAX1452, then compensates the sensor signal using software technique with the nerve network BP algorithm. The experiment results indicate that the precision of the sensor can be improved effectively by the nerve network BP algorithm combined with the MAX1452's hardware processing. The circuit designed in this paper has many advantages such as simple structure, low cost and practicality and adapts to the signal processing in flexible three dimension force tactile sensor based on pressure sensitive conductive rubber and also could apply in the field of other signal acquisition of detection of contact pressure distribution to obtain the array sensor information.
