High-temperature sterilizating tunnel (oven) is an important unit equipment of lutrelef production line. In lutrelef production, high-temperature sterilizating is a crucial process.Inside high-temperature sterilizating tunnel,control of temperature and air pressure determine the effectiveness of sterilizatiing and cleanliness,which directly affect the quality and safety of the lutrelef production.At present, in high-temperature sterilizating,the automation degree of air pressure control is low,air pressure and temperature control method are backwardness.According to domestic and international high-temperature sterilizating tunnel control technology development trend, In this paper author offer solutions that base on PLC as hardware core,using the control strategy which combines fuzzy intelligent and PID method on high-temperature sterilizating tunnel temperature and air pressure control.Fuzzy controller has many advantages and on theory PID controller's integral regulate action make system steady-state error is zero,the system apply these characters. Author designed fuzzy+PID dual-mode controller to meet high-temperature sterilizating tunnel on high precision temperature control requirements. At the same time, the author combined the fuzzy inference with conventional PID control algorithm to achieve PID parameters Kp, Ti and Td on line turning. So that air pressure system can continuously adjust PID parameters in accordance with the changes of its input and output. According to changes in the parameters to change the control action, the system can run at its best for the state.In this paper, two kinds of fuzzy intelligent PID controllers are simulated in computer, the simulation results are analyzed and compared with the conventional controllers'simulation results, which prove that the fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm for air pressure and Fuzzy +PID temperature control algorithm is reasonable and effective. The system uses Mitsubishi FX3U PLC for the core of the control hardware. Air pressure and temperature fuzzy intelligent PID control program realization method in PLC are discussed.
