Designation And Implementation Of Billing Inspection System For Telephone Exchange

Mobile communication technology develops rapidly, new network structure system, transmission technology, marketing models and products'types emerge in endlessly. Together with market's development and severe competition, billing verification system has become the core area of mobile operators to show their competitive ability. The existing billing verification system was based on manual call testing mode. Limited by time and space, it has the problem of poor coverage and low efficiency, it can't complete, accurate and effective test all resource configurations. This thesis was based on the accounting accuracy test method which based on automatic generated virtual telephone bill.The thesis first designed the accounting accuracy test model which based on virtual test telephone bill generated automatically. This model divided into three parts: package model, mobile network topology and automatic generated virtual telephone bill. Package model defined the basic element of telephone bill accounting, confirmed test flow which based on virtual test telephone bill and visual input program of package rules; mobile network topology described mobile communication's network topology, established element's relationship existed in telephone bill accounting system; automatic generated virtual telephone bill described the process from edition of package rule to generation of virtual telephone bill.Founded on the previous test model, the thesis researched the automatic generated algorithm based on virtual test telephone bill. This algorithm classified preferential rules, based on billing element related to preferential rules, combined network topology information of mobile, confirmed telephone bill's accounting element filling rules and automatic generate test bill according this rules and fulfill bill accounting accuracy test without the constraint of dialing test.Last, based on the test model and automatic generated algorithm of virtual test telephone bill, it fulfill accuracy test system of telephone bill accounting and will officially use in China Mobile Group in Hunan. Using the system, testers can inspect rating result of pricing package accurately and quickly and amend the problem emerged. This system play an important role in improving the Mobil company's accounting accuracy and increasing the satisfaction of client.
