Design And Implementation Of Mobile Communication Guarantee System

With the rapid growth in the number of mobile users, mobile communication plays more and more important role in our real life. To support the user's normal communication, especially in some large-scale events, major festivals and other special occasions, such as emergency disaster, becomes critical.Previous communication support tasks are carried out through the organization of staff duties to protect. As the network continues to develop the scale of the expansion, the network structure has become more complex; the traditional human-dependant way has become increasingly difficult, inefficient, and easily leads to human error or omission. Some domestic mobile operator have also developed some so called communication guarantee system, but they are only limited to monitoring of communication equipment, networks, and other information, do not realize the automatic control of equipment and networks.The automatic communication guarantee system discussed in this paper will change way of communication guarantee from past to a new way. It uses comprehensive utilization of geographic information technology, data mining technique and other information technology, to implement automation communication support, and improve work efficiency and security. It also reverses the status of monitoring instead of controlling. The system uses the combination of time model and spatial model to generate protection model. It also optimizes the network configuration, improved equipment operating efficiency by adjusting the cell SDCCH, TCH configuration, half-rate and DR capabilities, and other parameters. The system takes advantages of data mining technique to analyze the characteristic of historical data, and. uses it for traffic forecast and uses traffic forecast in accordance with the result in real time to guide the adjusting of capacity. Development of standard procedures to protect against security rules determine the parameters of network elements in the process of establishing a multi-tree, leaf node corresponding adjustment parameters, determine the parameters of simulation process can be multi-tree.Based on the analysis of the current situation and trend of development of mobile communication guarantee at domestic and abroad, this paper propose an automated communication guarantee system design, and uses modern information technology to implement a communication guarantee system.The results show that the system advanced in usability, scalability and reliability. It meets the design requirement and other aspect, and plays a role in providing communication support for automation.
