In the 21 st century,there are three important nodes that need to be crossed in economic development.One is to solve the problem of information asymmetry to ensure that information is no longer separated;the other is to solve the problem of objects not connected to realize the collaborative interaction between objects and people;the third is to solve the problem of unequal value,so that the value created by everyone can be accurately recorded and completed at any time.The solution of these three problems depends on the continuous transformation of the media to achieve timely and accurate information.Because the Cloud Technology solves the storage problem,the Mobile Terminal solves the convenience problem,the Big Data Application solves the precision problem,the Social Media solves the interaction problem,the 5G technology solves the large capacity data fast transmission problem and the Artificial Intelligence technology solves the human-computer cooperation problem,the information transmission realizes the sharing in the continuous iteration,the scarcity and the applicability become as the decisive Element of market realization,information transmission and interactive communication become the support and guarantee of market realization.Therefore,media transcends its original media attributes,caters to the needs of various industries,and plays the role of information fusion in almost all economic realization links,and promotes the market realization of products and services in the realization of model innovation.For the convenience of expression,the above media,organization,mechanism and mechanism based on new technology,new business form and new communication ecology are defined as "communication" in this study,and the media role of realizing allocation driving and mode innovation of market resource Element is defined as "Communication Element".The economic realization and state description based on the role of "Communication Element" is defined as "Communication Economy",The traditional media economy based on the realization of media economy and economic description is defined as "media economy".The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the difference between "Media" and "Communication" from the attribute level,and to clearly explain how the media can finally realize the transformation from "Media" to "Element" in the era of Internet communication after the transmission of text and paper media for more than one thousand years and nearly one hundred years.Based on this,from the perspective of driving mechanism,this paper demonstrates the difference between "media economy" and "communication economy" under the function of "Communication Element",and that "Communication Element" drive the realization of media economy in different economic forms in different industrial economic systems through resource Element allocation and model innovation.In view of the fact that the media become to communication,and the new development of the media economy become to the communication economy are new things,this paper adopts the research methods of literature research,comparative analysis,qualitative and quantitative combination,empirical analysis and normative analysis.Media has changed from media to "media + Element" communication,and through the form of production Elements and innovation Elements,while becoming the main Element of market resource allocation,it has deeply influenced the allocation of market resource Elements,realizing the integration and intercommunication of different resource Elements.The optimization of the allocation of Element resources in the market by the media through driving the rich,accurate and smooth flow of information is the role of media production Elements;the role of media innovation Elements is that the media catalyzes and drives the evolution and reproduction of innovation from point to surface to body through its inherent characteristics,and then promotes the market realization of products and services.As an Element,media realizes the integration of various industries.It not only breaks through the existing media economic concept from the perspective of solving the problem of economic scarcity,but also breaks through the communication economic concept interpreted by a single media attribute from the perspective of solving the problem of communication limitation,which makes the media economy have a new development under the role of communication Element.In this study,the presentation and demonstration of the concept of communication Element,the definition of communication economy based on communication Element theory and the theory of "Media + Element" two-level realization of communication economy are all new ideas.The main body of the creative achievements of this study is the theory of communication Element,including the concept of communication Element based on the innovation of communication concepts;the role of communication Element based on the innovation of market resource endowment and Element allocation theory;the new communication economic theory based on the traditional and limited research of media industry itself to achieve innovation and breakthrough.
