Mobile internet has turned into a large base information infrastructure which has owned over 233 million users since the end of twentieth century.The more users of the Mobile Internet ,the more incidents of the pubulic information security. And the consequences of the incidents has gotten worsen year by year.At present, It's least that the studies about China's mobile Internet information security policy. And it hasn't ready-made theoretical model, the most models that has just been refered or excerpt from overseas.More studies of mobile Internet security has develeped omnidirectionally in order to constitute the security mechanism that can meet a crying need of the Government and social security public information on the mobile Internet .So, it is more practical value and practical significance that how to improve the mobile Internet information security mechanism and put forward countermeasures.The study about the mobile Internet based on the concept of public goods , it bring forward the most importance things of the management of the Mobile internet is how to protect the security of mobile Internet public information. Responsibility of government, legislative, regulatory agencies, ethics, industry focus on the implementation of five aspects of the analysis. Especially on security issues most critical part of the implementation of the mobile Internet, corporate responsibility and obligations of a detailed analysis.
