However, in recent time, there is no proper development framework which is based on.NET framework in urban lighting monitoring system.This paper refers to distribute an urban lighting monitoring framework based on.NET, which including the basic components while developing urban lighting monitoring system. According to this framework and the detail requirement, developers can get available system immediately. Therefore, it can enhance the reusability and scalability of the software.At first, this paper discusses the urban lighting monitoring system and the importance of it. Then, this paper discusses the main technology used in this framework, the requirement and the design of the framework. At last, based on the actual project, the paper explains how to use this framework to design and the difficulties while using.
