Xinzhou Telecom Local Softwitch Network Planning And Design

In this paper, the network transformation trend of telecommunication facing and the special status of Northern telecom in Xin Zhou city are analyzed. Also we point soft switch is the necessary trend of the development of voice network in Xin Zhou city.This paper, the local network of Xin Zhou city branch of the northern telecom introducing soft switch is analyzed. Based on the actual situation of Xin Zhou city and the technical characteristics of soft switch, We plan and deploy the soft switch of all city, and formulate overall development planning objectives of Xin Zhou city soft switch network from 2009 to 2011:in 2009,we introduce soft switch network and develop largely new customers though AG,IAD,SIP, and realize the interconnection of soft switch and intelligence network. Soft switch is the core of data,billing,switch,management of all the local network. In 2010,we construct a pair of soft switch, manage divisionally the whole market, and realize the partition cover together with the existing soft switch. In 2011,we develop largely the customer of the soft switch. After the NGN network built, we verify the running status though function test and business test. And we draw the following conclusion:we follow the principle of the centralized controlling in the whole network and flexible access on users sides. The mode of centralized controlling in the whole network can realize rapidly user access, and can meet the requirement of the future development of the network expansion. Compared with the original PSTN, the NGN has more flexible modes of providing business, and can lead IN businesses,RBT,UC.That bossiness is PSTN hardly provided and combined closely with WEB.
