| Best-Effort model over Internet can not apply different levels of service for IP on different services. There is no optical RAM in optical domain, so QoS programs, which based on cache, can not be applied in all-optical switching networks. For the transmissions and conflicts of packets over all-optical switching network, it is the original way that the higher-priority packet/burst would seize the resources of a lower one or the conflict part of a lower-priority packet/burst would be discarded directly, when conflict occurs.In using deflection routing mechanisms to deal with conflict parts, there are some problems as follow. It is difficult for the next node to know whether the lower-priority packet/burst are conflicted, or the discarded packets may conflict with other burst. When the load of the network is heavy, it is hard for the low-priority business to access the service. We need to improve the packet loss and account the priority-class service.Optical Burst Switching is one of the most promising optical switching technologies. This paper summarizes the existing mechanism of burst signaling scheme, such as TAW, JET, INI, analyzing their advantages and disadvantages. A new burst control solution proposed to provide an adaptive security solution support QoS. Aiming at adapt which node Intermediate Node is, INIA can improve the delay and packet loss rate, and it is suitable for the request of the service. |
