Web service is a new development mode of Web program, it has open protocol standards and some features like flexibility and interoperability, become the platform and main measure of heteroggneous system's integration. Its principle is:make software to service, conform the relevant standards, make different system could cross the platform, and mutual consistency, has ability about seamless communication and data sharing.Web service has the features of dynamicity and unpredictability, so it is a challenge to serve the quality control providing service to point-to-point web. Having different servce quality parameters different services needs considering. With the popularization that Web services used, improving Web service's service quality has already become one of the problems had to solve in technological development of Web service. According this condition, researchers give a conception that adding QoS description into Web service. The method is adding QoS description into the WSDL, and then designs a proxy, through the proxy to compare the QoS from provider providing and the QoS that user required, then search the most suitable Web service. But the QoS from provider providing are not validated, maybe have some fake data, it will impact proxy's judgement and user's use.For solve this problem, this paper give a QoS-based trusted Web service model, this model add service QoS validation function, through testing Web service to get Web service's real QoS data; it also add Web service's QoS evaluation function, acquiring user's evaluation for the Web service. Analyse the QoS data that from testing and user's evaluation, help user to select the most suitable Web service.According above research, this paper design and implement the trusted Web service platform, this platform include service publish platform, service use client platform, UDDI register center and service proxy platform. Detailed introduce the design and implement of the service proxy platform, which adopt J2EE platform's popular SSH architecture, and use acegi, Ajax these popular technology. About the testing of the Web service, this paper use JMeter, JUnit these famous open sourse test tools.
