Forepart,electronic manufacturer paid more times on detectting and repairing the bugs in their finished products. But now, they paid more time on detectting the bugs during the manufacture, so as to have better electronical bosrds. And we need to control the quality and detect the bugs at every phase during the assembly. All of these acceletated the developments of electronical detected technics, now,we have developped many kinds of detective methods. They based on different theory, and be used in different areas.the detective methods we used nowadays, in order to find out the effective quality of circuit board, we use methods including:electromagnetic wave methods, electronical methods and ultrasonic detections. Further more, electromagnetic wave methods include visible-light detection method, X-ray detection method and laser detection method. And visible-light detection method can be divided into eye detection method and visible-light scan method; electronical methods comprise function tests and circuit's expedited tests; and circuit's expedited tests can be used as on-line tests, including fixed pin test and flying pin test.This paper based on circuit detective methods, consulted optical image process technical, in order achieve circuit detection by visible-light, the main work including:1,based on circuit detective methods' principle analyse, consulted optical theory and laser detective system, I bring forward a new detected method of circuit board based on optical image process by visible-light; combined with image process technical, we can attain the circuit board's image database; consulted the laser scan system to figure out our detective system. The system should be ran under VC environment, with image database and test result export.2,considering the displacement departure in our circuit detective system, we improved our anthmetic, consulted dactylogram identify methods, mode identify, point-line detection and Hough transformation. When there is error displacement,we advanced a new mark design,and also a new flow.in order to enlarge the area that this system could be used, and also its test validity and veracity. This system should be ran under VC environment with MFC, and output its emulation result.
