GSM Network Data Management System Design And Implementation

Exchange data is common data used for subscribers calling, refers to the state of a exchange's structure including the species and the amount of the device, subscriber's data and routing case while the intactness and accuracy of it is one of the most important preconditions for an unblocked network of Communication.Nowadays, many new problems emerged with the surprising development of the Communication over the past a decade, such as the increasing network elements,heavy burden on producing and checking office date, complicated rules etc, leading to frequent wrong results on the producing of the exchange date. So GuangXi Mobile Communication Corporate set to develop an exchange date management system of high efficiency, good stability, and certain accuracy in order to carry out the automatization of the producing and management of the exchange date and to promote the reform of operation maintenance centralizing.The status of the network of Guangxi MCC and the request of the exchange data management system is described in the first part if this dissertation.the function of the system is discussed, and the framework of the software and hardware is introduced. Then a exchange date management system already developed by GuangXi MCC will be introduced,which include two parts,data checking subsystem, data making subsystem, implementing five function mules,loading and exporting function of data, checking function of data, inquiring function of data, maintaining function and journal management function. Now the system has been brought into use. It has released workers from heavy work, and has reduced faults caused by man-made operations as well as cutting the running cost largely for the company.
