| With the commercial deployment of 3G networks and wireless bandwidth improvement, bandwidth of wireless networks will be improved and enhanced greatly. WAP, MMS, mobile games and many other mobile data services with great potentials will get a great success in next few years. Among those services in 3G networks, data service is one of the most important services. At present, since many data services access carrier network by the platform which is provided by service producer (SP), their system reliability and customer support capabilities is not in a balance. Therefore SP could earn lots of money illegally which affected healthy development of the industry. Thus, methods like timely detecting and dealing with network faulty has become more and more important for operators and how to test and monitor network efficiently becomes a burning question operators demand to solve.In order to solve the above problems, this paper analyzes MMS operation status and dial-test difficulties, then raises a solution of dial-test automatically. With the implementation technology based on OS-workflow combined with Quartz, put a visual process-designer idea, the whole dial-test system model is designed and then implemented. In the final part according to the test situation of whole system, other data services'characteristics are analyzed and corresponding services extension methods are raised up which could be used in future dial-test system optimization. Ultimately achieve the improvement of the business efficiency and quality. |
