Miniaturized total analysis system has been widely used in life sciences, biomedicine, environmental protection, criminal science, with its advantages of efficient, fast, low volume, easy to automate and so on. Microchip electrophoresis is the mainstay technology for miniaturized total analysis system, and the microchip analysis system has become the international research highlight because of its highly integration, microminiaturization, and portable.This paper carries out research on control and data acquisition systems of integrated low-voltage electrophoresis chip according to the requirement of national"863"project of"Integrated Low-voltage Electrophoresis Analysis System Chip". A program of control and data acquisition systems is proposed here based on analyzing the structure and working principle of biochemical analysis system. The paper completes the software and hardware design of control and data acquisition system with MCU as the core device based on platform of Altium Designer and ICCAVR, and finishes the low-voltage electrophoresis analysis software design based on Visual C++. Experiments are carried out after the system fabrication and debug, showing that a sample of amino acid composite is separated successfully. The primary research work of this paper is:①Propose a method of applying separating voltage circularly by sections with scanning circuit, based on the structure and working principle of integrated low-voltage electrophoresis biochemical analysis system chip and the theory of moving field of low-voltage electrophoresis separation.②Carry out research on low-voltage separation driving circuit based on electrophoresis electrode array and the control model of three-section synchronous circular scanning, completing the control system's software and hardware design for low-voltage electrophoresis separation.③Design the software and hardware for data acquisition system according to the characteristics of detection circuit and electrophoresis signal.④Co ++, according to the requirements of separation control, signal processing, data analyzimplete the system software design for low-voltage electrophoresis chip based on Visual Cng of the low-voltage electrophoresis chip analysis system.⑤Set experiment platform and finish the test and debug on software and hardware of the integrated low-voltage electrophoresis chip control, data acquisition and analysis system before the low-voltage electrophoresis separation experiment.
