With the rapid development of Internet, Internet-based E-commerce, which attracts more and more attention, has emerged to be a new important commerce mode in modern economy. As security problems caused by the features of Internet, such as openness and sharing, are inevitable in the development of E-commerce, they have a significant impact on the credibility in E-commerce and credit problems have become a great bottleneck in E-commerce development, which in recent years frequently has been seriously influenced by various security risks and non-credit factors. Therefore, the research on the solutions of credit problems in E-commerce becomes extremely necessary and urgent.Previously, the researches on the credit problems in E-commerce mainly focused on security solutions, which are the bases for ensuring the security characteristics of online trades in E-commerce, such as confidentiality, integrity, authenticity and non-repudiation. However, the security is only an important prerequisite and foundation of the credibility in E-commerce and the credibility covers a wider field. The credibility of E-commerce is seldom specialised in current researches, and the slow progress of the researches on credibility has limited the development of E-commerce in a way. With the deep research of the Trusted Computing in recent years, some related technologies and products can be employed in some fields like E-commerce to improve the credibility of applications.By analyzing various factors that affect the credibility of E-commerce and studying the Trusted Computing technologies, this thesis proposes an E-commerce Architecture based on Trusted Computing, which is the combination of E-commerce and Trusted Computing technologies. A model of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is also established for the Trused E-commerce Architecture in this thesis, by which the credibility and rationality of the Trused E-commerce Architecture is verified in the simulation tests. This thesis mainly includes the following three aspects:Firstly, basing on the study of Trusted Computing technologies and the analysis of the deficiency of researches on current E-commerce architectures' credibility, this thesis concludes the advantages of Trusted Computing technologies in improving the credibility of current E-commerce architectures.Secondly, an E-commerce architecture based on Trusted Computing, which is also named Trusted E-commerce Architecture, is proposed in this thesis. The combination of Trusted Computing and E-commerce, which enhances the security and credibility of E-commerce, can effectively solve related issues that restrict the development of E-commerce.Thirdly, in order to enhance the credibility of Trusted E-commerce Architecture better, this thesis introduces the fuzzy theory and establishes a model of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation for the Trused E-commerce Architecture by employing the method of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. The model is used as the credibility evaluation policy of the Trused E-commerce Architecture to analyse and evaluate the credibility qualitatively and quantitatively of the architecture. Finally, the results of simulation tests through the model show the rationality and credibility of the Trused E-commerce Architecture.Therefore, Trused E-commerce Architecture and the credibility evaluation method of E-commerce based on fuzzy theory are innovative and practical in the field of research on the E-commerce credibility.
