Design Of Data Collecting System For Garment Enterproses Based On LonWorks

With the developing of economic and the step of information in garment enterprises gradually, and the efficiency in produce and management can be improved by using information in the process of production, that can also increasing the competitive. This paper undered the project "the composite management system in small Garment enterprises" of the Science and Technology Agency in Hebei province and combining with the technology of LonWorks and power line, based on this we design a system of data collecting in production management in small garment enterprises.In the first part of this paper, the application principles of the LonWorks technology was be introduced, and we gave the plan of system according to the characteristic of enterprises. The data collecting system that made by several collecting nodes, net devices and the Host Computers is using power line as the data transporting medium. The collecting node adopting double processor, the 8-bit microcontroller as the host controller to realized the function of data collecting and man-machine dialogue. the function of data transporting by utilizing PL3120 as the communication co-processor. The communication between the microcontroller and the PL3120 by the SPI mode. The collecting nodes can collect every datas in the yielding site and transport the data to the host computer system by power line. The net devices linked communication between the Lon bus and the host computer. The host computer monitor the system and Summary the datas. The Non-touch-type IC card as the vector of data marking in yielding site, and the collecting nodes can obtain all the data information in the site by the IC card readerIn the paper, the design of collecting system using the LonMaker soft to connect with the net, and the system realized the news data exchange between the Lon net and the interface of host computer.in the environment of the lab,the system running stably.
