AnyBus technology was proposed by HMS Company, AnyBus is not a kind of bus, to be precisely, it should be a series of products general names that support on-the-spot industry network. AnyBus technology and products can be divided into three kinds of application: Embedded AnyBus technology, AnyBus networking products and AnyBus-PCI interface. All these three kinds of products are not the same in the type, use and function and apt to apply to industry's network field. LonWorks is a kind of on-the-spot bus technology with opening, high speed and extensively applied to automatic field, such as industry, building, family, office equipment, communications and transportation, etc. LonWorks technology has advanced the development of the device and system that can operate each other, but this technology does not stipulate how to form the application program of the device, so the equipment out of LonWorks technology cannot be applied to bus directly, this has brought technological question to application of LonWorks bus. This paper aims at proposing a kind of solution to realize the interconnection between products and bus, and give another way to build and install LonWorks node on this basis.This thesis involves the application of embedded AnyBus technology mainly. In designing AnyBus-S LonWorks module, LonWorks interface module, the principal and subordinate communication unit of MCU and Neuron Chip, application interface make up an independent whole, The core of the module lies in communication of the the principal and subordinate unit of MCU and Neuron Chip. The control chip have the coherent function while being communicate, it mainly changes the agreement and finishes the conversion between the standard signal of the outside equipment and LonTalk agreement. The principal MCU communicate with PC or the other equipment upwards and combine Neuron chip downwards through parallel I/O. Neuron3150 chip is equivalent to complementing CPU, as the processor of communication association , gives LON interface function of a network mainly. Neuron chip receive the data from principal chip which come from the PC or other equipment, then it pass LON network through LonWorks network transceiver, either, it receive data translated to LonTalk agreement from LON network, and give principal chip, and then pass PC or other outside equipment upwards. The software designing of AnyBus-S LonWorks module is made up of the principal and subordinate communication unit, serial communication unit and Neuron3150 unit.The whole part is the key of applying to LonWorks bus in AnyBus embedded technology. Meanwhile, the data communication protocol between master chip and Neuron chip is keys in program of the module designing. In order to prevent the bus conflict, Neuron3150 chip firmware carries out to transmit the agreement to realize and the communication of I/O equipment and guarantee it is safe and reliable. The principal and subordinate communication unit of MCU and Neuron Chip finish 6-7 layers of functions of LonTalk agreement, and simulate the communication protocol of bidirectional I/O, send the data to Neuron3150 chip according to the pre-specified communication protocol, and then Neuron3150 chip convey to LonWorks bus through transceiver of LON network.AnyBus-S LonWorks module has built-in FT3150 chip which the LonTalk protocol solidified in, so the user can apply the peripheral hardware to LON bus expediently, Local Operating Networks can get more extensive application in more fields with the support of AnyBus-S to communication fieldwork.
