The Study On The Public Sentiment Reports Of Mass Incidents In China

At present ,Mass incidents represented by the action of maintaining legal rights and of spiting have occurred frequently, which has become a prominent issue on affecting social development and stability. Mass events are a special class of social and public sentiment events, Media reports in a timely, accurate, objective and balanced way will make the public understand the essence of the events, promote the scientific decision of government, boost the general public to express theirs opinions, and realize the supervision.In a word, public sentiment reports reflect public sentiment . News events themselves are often a reflection of public sentiment, but it is not all. If viewed as an act, public sentiment reports are standing on a high degree to report news , and through the press to reflect public sentiment related to the community.The article uses the literature method and case studies, On the ground of collecting materials about public opinion studies, mass incidents studies and crisis research, negrating the theories as well as the practice.This paper mainly discusses such topics as following: the development process, the positive results and shortcomings, the controlling factors and dynamics, as well as public sentiment of mass incidents reported to future space.Throug the analysis, we think that the policy and practice space is beening expanded.The media should take advantage of the network times,and policy advantage, unifiy the public opinion and promote the context of international communication in the developing process of democracy and constitutionality.
