In the time of today,with the highly developing media, when the audience turn on the television they will see all kinds of interview program flooding the screen. In order to let the program strike root in the hearts of the people, various interviews program producer is the hollow thoughts, such as taking the road of the outstanding person culture, enhancing the director popularity, increasing the sensational dynamics......When various columns are busier much does not think is weary, actually presented the phenomenon which the audience attracts a large audience does not applaud, it seemed that the program has walked into "the bottle vigor time". However, when majority interview programs in our country faced with being utterly isolated, as a regional station character interview program "the Xingtai person" the column after 13 year development, still be high praised by audience in August,2009, the Xingtai television station requests "the Xingtai person" the column to conduct the research as the topic.This article mainly divides into "the Xingtai person" the column establishment development, this column characteristic, as well as column existence insufficiency and corrective measure four parts. The analysis mainly from the column characteristic including the program text's choice, the management way personalization, the person culture, the narration way's diversification and the manufacture way's aspects and so on television carries on.
